Field Steam Locomotive

Do you ever see something in a hobby store, catalog, or online and you are just totally blown away by it?  Even if it doesn't fit your layout or theme or even if it's in a completely different scale than you model in, it's just so nice that you'd be content having it on a shelf in your collection?  (And you secretly have thoughts of building it it's own display diorama or mini layout)...

I just hit one of those on ebay:

I've always had a soft spot for minimum gauge steam engines that had tiny boilers and big stacks, but this guy is in 1:18 scale and runs on "G" track (making it like, what, 30-33" gauge?).  It's made by LGB and is apparently called the "Field Steam Locomotive", I'm guessing because it's in a style common to what sugar can fields or agricultural portable railroads often used.

It's a tiny engine in a big scale.  What's not to like?  Well, I suppose the one thing I don't care for are the European style couplers, but those could be changed...

Hmmm....
