Sometimes Things Haven't Changed Much

If you see a railroad photo, and there is a street in the picture, there's a good chance you might be able to figure out exactly where that photo was taken.  I found THIS PHOTO on NERail from 1984 of an Alco RS-1 crossing a street in a small town. The only clue as to a location was the noted town, "Chester, Vt."

After a bit of looking around I was able to find the exact place the photo was taken and not much has changed.
