These PBL kits are just fantastic. The Long Caboose kit in the middle (blue) actually includes full interior. Granted it will probably take me twice as long as a "regular" kit but I'm certainly looking forward to it.
I've started to do some preliminary finishing work on the tank car. It got a few coats of Engine Black followed by some light fading on the top and a coat of gloss around the sides to prep for decals. I've just started putting the decals on one side. Right now it doesn't look very good because it needs the coat of gloss then to seal the decals in, but it's coming together little by little.
