NYC Shay? Yep looks like it.

Did you know the New York Central owned 5 shays?  Me neither.  Check this out:  NYC Shay

Not only did a city ordinance require it to be a covered shay but they also required a horse and rider to ride in front of it presumably for safety reasons.  That is so bizarre.
